1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BlitzQuotes mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

BlitzQuotes is a mobile application that helps contractors create, send, and manage quotes and invoices. The Service includes:

  • Quote and invoice creation tools
  • Material pricing database (BlitzPrices)
  • Customer communication features
  • Payment tracking capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App

5. Pricing Data

BlitzQuotes provides pricing data through our BlitzPrices database. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. Prices are provided as estimates and may differ from actual store prices. You are responsible for verifying prices before finalizing quotes.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (quotes, customer information, photos, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by BlitzQuotes and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLITZQUOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlitzQuotes and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
